When I first started work for my family business at the age of 20, I quickly learnt that everybody else working there knew a lot more than I did about how best to make the place work. As a result, I developed an approach to management that focussed on helping  people to be the best they can be, and achieve outstanding results.

And there started a lifelong passion for expanding my ability to help myself and others fulfil our potential.

Over the past 30 years I have built my understanding of human behaviour and studied with many leading experts.

I have worked successfully with thousands of people in the UK, Europe and the USA, helping them produce the results that they really want in their businesses and lives.

I realised a long time ago, that the more I learn, the greater my awareness of what remains unlearnt. And that is wonderful, because it means there is always something new to discover.

And curiosity, exploration and discovery are the keys to an exciting and fulfilled life.
